Challenges:

• Establishing a trustworthy and compassionate brand identity.

• Developing a seamless digital experience for an audience that may have limited tech literacy.

• Ensuring the website and marketing materials were clear, accessible, and engaging.

Objectives:

Solutions & Implementation

1. Brand Identity: Establishing Trust and Compassion

I designed MSN’s logo to reflect warmth, care, and reliability. The branding incorporated a soothing color palette and a clean, modern design, making the organization appear both professional and approachable.

2. Website Design & Development: Accessibility First

To create an inclusive digital experience, I focused on:

✅ Clean, easy-to-navigate UI with large, legible text.

✅ Mobile-friendly and responsive design for accessibility across all devices.

✅ Clear call-to-actions (CTAs) to encourage engagement and donations.

✅ Fast-loading pages optimized for smooth browsing, even for seniors with slower internet connections.

3. Marketing & Content Creation: Spreading Awareness

I developed a variety of marketing materials, including:

• Social media graphics & ads to enhance online outreach.

• Flyers & brochures for offline promotion in senior care centers and community hubs.

• Engaging digital content, including blog posts and informational graphics, to educate the audience.
